Payment Methods

By clicking purchase on your order form you:

1. Instruct HPC Publishing to supply all your contact information and order details on the order form to the publisher or supplier of any product or service you have paid for and agree that your name, address and possibly email address shall also become the property of the relevant publisher. You agree to contact the relevant publisher for details of its privacy policy.

2. Agree that all information about any product or service on the HPC Publishing Websites is provided by the publisher or distributor of that product or service and that HPC Publishing has no responsibility for the accuracy of that information and is not liable for any errors or omissions in that information.

3. Agree that the products or services offered through the HPC Publishing Websites are offered by the publishers or distributors of those products or services, and that any contract for the product or service is between you and the publisher or supplier of that product or service and that HPC Publishing is not a party to that contract.

4. Agree that HPC Publishing and its employees and agents will not be liable in contract or tort (including negligence), equity or on any other basis to you or any other person for any loss, injury or damage arising from or as a consequence of any act or omission by HPC Publishing or any person providing services through the HPC Publishing Websites.

5. Agree that all offers made, contracts concluded and services provided through the HPC Publishing Websites site shall be deemed to be made and provided in Britain notwithstanding the location of you or the publisher or supplier of any magazine or any other person, shall be governed exclusively by British Law, and the Courts of Britain shall have exclusive jurisdiction to determine any such matters involving or alleged to involve HPC Publishing.

6. Agree that your name, address and email address shall when provided by you become the property of HPC Publishing Ltd. You agree to the HPC Publishing Privacy Policycontained on the HPC Publishing Websites.

7. Consent to the receipt of emails from HPC Publishing containing information and offers about products and services available on the HPC Publishing Websites in which you may have an interest.

8. Acknowledge that these Standard Terms and Conditions may be modified from time to time, and agree that you are responsible for regularly reviewing these Standard Terms and Conditions, and you agree to any such modification.

9. Agree that, to the extent permitted by law, HPC Publishing and/or its suppliers exclude all liability for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages, or any damages whatsoever including without limitation, damages for loss of life, data or profits, arising out of or in any way connected with the use or performance of the HPC Publishing Websites, the delay or inability to use the HPC Publishing Websites, the provision of or failure to provide goods or services, or any information, software, products or services obtained through the HPC Publishing Websites.
